After 4 years of experience with SA (I have 14), I noticed something interesting. Last month I could look at people's faces, although it was distressing. I did not look at his eyes, looked at his chin, nose around, but struggled to keep looking. Until an hour decided to ban me from looking at faces as a protective measure. When I really need to look at someone's face (I have hearing loss and just listen well looking to mouths), it had become a thousand times more difficult and impossible. That is, if you keep a good attitude (try to look around or faces), even with difficulty, do not stop trying, in any way. You may find that you are protected just looking the ground, but that only hinder you. I repented of having made the decision not to look at anything or anyone. Now the struggle to get back to look at someone's chin will be immense. I wish I had learned this before. I would have only half the SA I have today ... I hope this helps anyone who wants to improve not have relapses or just not get worse ..
