Abstinence

Testimonial here, I'm not new and if you read past posts you can see I have had excess sweating for a long time, I tried abstinence for varying reasons and noticed my hands were drier after 2-3 days. After a week or so they were considerably drier. I remember a post on here a few years back about a guy that was moving house and abstained and noticed this as well, I haven't search for the post.

I have a few theories on why this might work but I haven't bothered researching it as I don't feel the need to as I'm getting benefits. My theories link to the thyroid and how it effects sweating, I don't have time to post now but I may later.

It's free, you have nothing to lose, you might as well just try it for few weeks.

When a thyroid is functioning properly, it keeps prolactin under control, if a person has high prolactin it indicates a problem with the thyroid. People with thyroid problems (hyper and hypo) often have sweating problems accompanied. The thinking behind it is if you can keep prolactin down, it gives the thyroid a break and can help function with sweating. Although that last sentence is just a theory, none of this is some wild crazy ideas, it adds together if you research each piece, I just haven't found anyone else that's put together those pieces, this may be a reason why this works or I could have missed the mark completely.

I'd appreciate anybody trying this out, it is completly free remember and you can start doing it right now. :)

Also a diet sufficient to help aid the thyroid should be eaten, I'll post some research if I get any positive feed back.

hey good to read your posts and trials and that you're still on the search for a real solution, a reversal of cause. A very interesting connection there established. Let us know how it goes as time passes

I'm currently between relationships and can avoid the one night stands for a few weeks. I'll give it a shot and report back.
