I No This sounds silly But i used 2 have them almost everyday and my counceler has stopped me drinkking drinks with caffene in them it hasnt stopped the attacks but sure has helped them ALOT x

I have no idea what triggers mine, Probably being out in open spaces the most.
I've had PAD (Panic attacks disorder)For five years now.They started of small and got huge, I even had one at my birthday party as I was playing soccer.They are really hard to handle, I don't understand them myself.I am now in grade seven, And I want to be a role model for all the little kids who talk to me and I hope I NEVER have one in front of them, It'll just worry them.And I hate doing that to little kiddies.
It seems to me that more girls than boys suffer from them. I wonder why?
