i know i have SAD but i don't know if this is agoraphobia or not.when i'm alone or even with my family and friends in the public crowded places like mall.i'll feel uncomfortable and nervous.is this agoraphobia as well?recently it get worsen.
If your fear is caused only by people and crowds, it is not agoraphobia. Agoraphobia is when you have unexplainable fears of leaving home or going somewhere far away from your home, even if there are no unknown people around, no crowds, etc.
i'm ok if i'm going to the beach or places that have very few peoples with my parents but i'll never dare to go if i'm alone.so is this agora or sp? :?
