Any live in the bay area?

I just started going to the shyness clinic in palo alto and it would be nice to talk to people in my area.

hey! i just googled the shyness clinic because i was curious. is that your vid on youtube? if that is you i am really enjoying your videos. you remind me a lot of myself except you are much braver to openly post about it on youtube. that's balls! i would like to give the shyness clinic a whirl but i could never afford it. do you go alone? or is it a group setting? how often do you go?

(if that is you) you come across like a very nice person i wouldn't mind hanging around with. you are very pleasant and i think you are pretty interesting. i think you come across as totally normal. shy, but totally normal. do you have full blown social anxiety? do you have anxiety attacks or panic attacks? sorry if i seem nosey but i saw the video and now naturally i have to ask a million questions. i hope you post more videos soon!

yes, those are my videos. lol. now, i'm embarrassed. there are a lot of people who have social phobia and put videos on youtube. now, i wanted to try that. the shyness clinic is free. totally free!

i didnt realize a lot of people do videos on their sa so i was curious about your videos so i googled it too lol and found your videos. you really did a great job on them doing all those assignments. you seem so calm and speak well. i would be sooo nervous and stumbling over my words and trying to remember what i wanted to say. i think i watched them all and look forward to seeing more of them. but now that i see an SA person "living" their life....i feel even more insecure. i'm waaaay shyer than you and could never do some of your assignments or the videos themselves. so congrats! but it does give me some inspiration. keep it up . hope youre still around. i see you havent posted lately. i dont even know how i got to this thread lol :?
