Thanks Cat. Where do I begin LOL. Seriously now. I have the dreaded SA and to add to that a little depression. I won't begin to tell you my life story. It could take hours, and therapy for you and me. At one stage we had at least 10 South Aussies here. They have all disappeared. If u follow the posts down u will see. Anyway. How are you?

Just wanted to throw my hat into the bin, I also have the misfortune of being in Adelaide :O)
Male, geez 34 now, hell 35 in month or so - starting to get old.
Im a hermit + a list, 100mg Zoloft consumer, so I think Im pretty well stuffed.
Also posted in the other ¨anyone from Adelaide?¨ post in case mod´s are checking for double posts
I dont know if people post / chat much in these forums, I hope so, I think it would be good for me to pop in every once and a while.
Probably anti social to use the net to chat about your anti socialness - woops Ive gone cross eyed!

i am from adelaide.........joined this site today.......good to know theres other aussies on here...well iam 27 male and have social anxeity which ive had for a long time.....iam pretty isolated which makes feel like a loser lol......would be good to hear from other aussies and ppl from adelaide......feel free to send me a email or contact throu this site

Welcome, and Don’t feel like that because you’re not alone I am from Adelaide
I use to think that I was the only one that felt the way I did until I found this site, it has some great insightful stuff and some really nice people. Hope it helps you as it has help me and make sure to post anything that's troubling you, it's good to get things off your chest.....................

I thank you for replying. It's not everyday that you come across fellow South Aussies. S.A sux big time. We all know that. Not here to preach, but here to be honest and frank about lot's of thing's. S.A mean't social anxiety by the way. Talk to you guy's later....... Cheer's for listening......
