anyone taking inderal ?

Hi,
my Doc prescribes this to me, but I'm not sure about the dosage.
He told me to start with 10mg 3 times a day which helps me but trembling/sweating is still there.
I will have to make a public speech soon, so please help me Thx.

I take inderal before speehes. I believe its 20 mg's like an hour before and it helps tremendously.
