Default Anyone tried sage pills?

I recently purchased sage pills 2days ago and have been taking two pills with breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've noticed a significant reduction in the amount i sweat at the gym and it seems to be working great so far. Anyone else tried sage pills with success?

I read somewhere that a unpublished German study found that people suffering from excessive sweating found that sage reduced sweating by as much as 50% so it may be worth trying for all you sufferers out there

Interesting, I'm heard sage tea can have similar effects. I'm willing to try just about anything so I might look out for them. Where did you purchase the pills?

I purchased the pills from a online pharmacy you should be able to find them at your local pharmacy. The brand is "Natures sunshine" and the packaging looks like this http://www.herbalhealthcenter.com/ww...7.74961012.jpg but any brand should do.

Anyway I've been taking the two pills with breakfast, lunch and dinner for about 4 days now and i've noticed reduced sweating. Today was around 26degrees (79 Fahrenheit) and i went to work at usual (keep in mind i work at a bakery too so its fairly hot and humid) and noticed i was sweating less. I even managed to cook the caramel on the stove without sweating a huge amount.

Anyway heres a article i found Carol Barnes: How alternative remedies helped me beat the menopause | Mail Online about a lady using sage pills with similar results.

Hope this isn't a placebo effect haha.

Isn't sweating during exercise good? I thought sweating is the body's way of cooling down?

Hmm, I've tried sage pills in the past and not had much luck - mainly because I kept missing doses after meals. Might give them another go! Apparently there's lots of different sage drinks you can order online as well, though whether the taste is bearable or not, I'm not sure.

I've tried them. Not much luck. Not nearly as effective as glyco.
