Hello. Since i am just new to this site, i would like to ask anyone here who had experienced the worst SA attack ever in your entire life ,what was it, how do you describe your feelings that moment and how did you manage to deal or atleast gradually calmed yourself with the situation?
..Mine was when i was given an award in my affiliated review center and I need to take a picture with other awardees in front of more or less 600 people. While calling rank by rank , I could hear my heart starts beating so loud that it seems to explode and I was totally nervous. As my name was called my heart seems like to jump out of mychest and when i reached the stage looking in the crowd who only look at us at the center, i felt like i am going to faint. That moment all i want was to escape but i know i couldn't so I closed my eyes momentarily thinking only positive ,i tried to focus to the one who is taking the shot and managed to smile to the best I can and as it finished i hurriedly went back to my seat and excused myself to go to a comfort room to relieve myself . still thankful ,i did not faint.

The worst parts were in the beginning. Going to class and getting so red that even my hands got red, sweating a lot, teachers asking me if I was okay while everyone stared at me, etc. It sucks when you feel as though you can't control what's going on, but it sucked even worse back then because I had no idea what was going on. It was only later on that I did some research on my 'symptoms' and came up with social anxiety.

My first panic attack in a supermarket. Most intensely physical and frightening thing I have ever experienced. During it, I couldn't breathe, thought I was having a heart attack, and was going to die. Afterwards I sat outside the supermarket with my shopping at my side, too scared to move in case the feeling returned.
