Applying aluminium chloride hexahydrate to scalp

I've got driclor as a liquid and odaban spray - I believe they're very similar chemically.

They work great on my armpits - they're no longer a problem - but my other problem areas are face/head. I've seen recommendations to use these products on your scalp but I don't know how to apply it with hair in the way. Especially since you are supposed to apply it to dry skin... I can't see how I can apply them without diluting it or applying to wet hair, since I need to spread it evenly across the scalp.

Can anyone offer tips on how to effectively get the product onto my scalp in an effective way... and how much to use. What method do you use?

Thanks a lot.

It's also not entirely clear to me how much of the issue is my scalp and how much is my face - since sweat in your hair runs down your face.

Cotton pads that are flat. They sell these at Dollar Tree or any store that sells makeup for women. Dab, spray whatever you are using on it and wipe the area. Facial sweating is a tough one. I know we have lots of postings on the subject.

Secure Wipes from pharmacy.ca are also effective.

I can see that would work well for the face but how does it help for the scalp if you're not bald? Can you rub it onto the hair and it "soaks through"?
