Awe to Reduce Anxiety...

I just found this online. Thought it was a very good read, and made some very interesting correlations. I think it is why I am drawn to theories on alien life and learning about the cosmos more and more. I actually find myself becoming calm when I think about aliens lately *weird* I know but this might be why?!
