could blushing be the reason for my SA, i mean i dont really fear the people i just fear going red in front of them. Certain people make me go red and there the people i have to avoid. Im confused, is this SP or fear of blushing. And can anyone give me pointers on how to not blush or anyone i can see about it, is the doctor worth visiting.

Hi,friend,
If someone told me that he had never blushed, I don't think he is a normal person, he must go mad  ,shyness is a normal mood of human being, why you are so afraid of it. It I were you, even if my face is as red as blood, I don't think it matters.

Well ims a blusher for my whole life and believe me if u dont blush u dont really know what we are going through. Its like a fed person is not gone understand starving person untill they will starve. Im not gone go into that couse there is alot of other posts that say everything about it.
But yeah most likely ur SA/SP is coused by Blushing just like it is for me. I dont fear ppl at all now but when i used to be small i did. FOr me it is like that when i was small i was afraid of all public things then i grew out but just as i did it i started to blush for some reason i dont remember why couse it was long ago so since then im afraid of blushing more then people.

Hi,Pitrus
You may have ignored my signature. I used to blush to the extreme extent, what's more, I suffered from panic attack and face twitch whenever I seeing people face to face.I used to be a starved person too, it is just that I find some effective food to feed myself, to free myself from starvation.

Prince1, my reply is really not a joke, if you want to free yourself from blushing, you must first accept it as a normal part , an irremovable of yourself from the bottom of your heart, then it will fade away gradually.if you still think of it as something monstrous, believe me it will be more severe. It is a sincere suggestion from a former sufferer. Please read my post here "the critical factor in the recovery of SP" if you need to learn sth more.

I cant accept it as normal though, i get it so intense sometimes that it feels like my face is going to explode. I know what you mean about it being normal, yes everyone blushes. But i dont think its normal for people to blush as much and bad as i do. Good thing is though i didnt realise there was therapy for blushing which im tempted to try.
And pitrus have you done anything about your blushing that has decreased it even i little bit, im willing to try anything.

I havent but there are methods that do decrease it.
For once u can try meds - propanolol, metoprolol and some others if u want a full list of them just check the blushing part of forum i can bet they have them there.
U can use laser therapies like IPL or Vbeam ive hured they help alot.
There are also creames for protection from weather, like Ruboril or some other u can look up on this forum http://www.esfbchannel.com/phpBB2/
There are many things that work for some people and not for others so if one thing isnt gone work then try another. Im trying to go to a doc to prescribe me propanolol or metoprolol which are very effective in keeping ur blood at low pressure what helps in not getting blushed all the time and flushed but im gone take it couse of my high pressure i get at the gym.
If u think that ur blushing is strictly from nerves then u should try something like CBT in combination with some Seroxat for a month or two and c if u will still blush after that. IF its mostly becouse of physical and nervous then a combination of IPL with some drugs should be helpfull in some extence.
