Brisk walking while watching breath really helps

I have tried this for a few months now...and really helps in calming down. I am more aware, not depressed like before. Please give it a try.

Some useful pointers:

1. Look down and watch ur breath while walking fast.

2. It might be difficult to watch breath at certain times...watch the body sensation, the souls of the feet especially for few minutes and then go back to breath.

It would be really useful if u learned Vipassana meditation also as it roots out all the problems. And you will know why watching breath and sensations are useful in overcoming all the mental problems.

I do this 40 mins in the evening.,..i get tired,good sleep too....and 40 mins of this is really useful for me so far. Some times i do this for 20-30 mins in the morning too after my sitting meditation. Please give it a try...and don't give up in 1-2 days...try it for a week at least.
