Change is a transformation or transition from one state, condition, or phase to another. How do you feel about change? Are you a changing person? Does it make you happy? Does in make you nervous?

If change is too upsetting for you, then you'll never find tranquility. Everything is changing all the time. Either you let it take you for the ride and just float along, adjusting as you see fit, or you'll keep swimming against the current and going nowhere or becoming too overwhelmed for comfort.

I change the oxygen in my lungs about every three seconds... otherwise i'd feint, so that's good

I'm not a fan of "reinventing the wheel", or change for the sake of change when what's there works just fine.

I don't like environmental/convention changes, but personally change all the time. Most notably in opinions and tolerance.

I hate change. I constantly change though. Or at least try to. And I try to change for the better. Like learn knew stuff, experience new things, that kind of stuff. But it means being highly critical of myself and that isn't very good for my mood.

I'm ok with change as long as I have a decent amount of time to figure out what things are going to change and how I can adapt to them. Depending on what it is, it could take a few minutes or a few days. If someone invites me out, I need a day (I can't go out the day they invite me, I will not feel like doing it; but if I wait a day I'll be ok with it). If I'm expecting to eat at some place but then it is changed at the last minute to another place with different types of food, I need a few minutes to adapt. It's like my tongue and stomach are waiting for one type of food and have to readjust to eat a different type, otherwise I'll feel a bit sick and won't eat much.

Looking back one year ago, myself and my way of thinking has changed a lot but I haven't reached the change I want yet, it can only happen the day I have enough confidence in myself and am happy. I'm looking forward to myself exactly one year from now, I'll be changed and closer to happy.

So what is your definition of happiness?

So what is your definition of happiness?

What we all want, to be free of anxiety and things that cause us to worry everyday, and to live happy. I may never be exactly there but I believe that if I pursue the things I want in life I will be happy enough one day, and I am doing that now, so I'm getting there slowly.
