Default Cold, dark, rainy places to live?

Hey, not that I am moving out anytime soon, I do have a senior year and some college to do, but when I'm finally out there, I want to live somewhere that's dark, rainy most of the time or often. I like the cold too. Whenever I ask about rainy places I'm told that I should go to Seattle. But when I ask people from Seattle they say that it does rain fairly often, but maybe for like a hour or two.

Like I said, I'm not moving out anytime soon, I'm just curious if there was a place like this, maybe on this continent if possible. I love rain, dark clouds, cold weather. I live in the city of St. Paul, which isn't any sort of huge motropolis or anything, but the way the gray clouds will sit in the sky, the cold that seems to find its way though all your coats and jackets, that color of GRAY that just seems to linger you know? I love that. Does anybody have suggestions? I like living in the city by the way.

I did a Google search and this site came up. Wettest Places in United States - Current Results

Seattle is plenty rainy and cold.

I don't know why Olympia is on that list. We usually get like a weeks worth of snow a year.
