I been getting constant feeling of heart palpitations feeling anxious or having anxiety attacks for no reason, or for reasons like sleepyness, feeling hungry, certain foods or really hot or freezing cold weather make me feel anxious, I feel light headed at times, tired, really down or fed up, don't know what's causing it since I never had it as bad as this .

Been to a&e 6 months ago, blood tests ECG sugar etc. normal.

Since then I been getting episodes of these feelings, explained to the doctor last month, and yes, I told him about the the things in my life that make me feel down. So I guess he thought it might be worth seeing a therapist. I did not have any blood tests or anything.

I did phone again this month, because of chest pain and acid reflux, nurse asked why I haven't seen a therapist and just had that feeling I was a nuisance... had an appointment, doctor listened to my heart and said it is beating a lot and said its probably because I'm worrying about my health.

After looking online, I have a feeling it might be thyroid related i.e hyperthyroid disorder, because of the heart beating fast causing anxiety, short of breath fatigue, vision feels weird, throat aches sometimes and stomach feels bad. That would have shown in my blood test at A&E right? Plus the paramedics said my heart was fine despite me feeling it beating fast.

I don't know what to do I feel that it's something physical, but afraid of being a nuisance going there all the time, and probably wasting a therapist time too. I feel awkward about phoning the therapy group, and don't know what to say if I do, I always feel silly, and hard to push myself to phone, I couldn't explain to the nurse at surgery why I haven't phoned this therapy group, coz I don't know why and feel thick.

I feel the doctors don't know what to do and insist on me getting therapy.
