Different supplements for hyperhidrosis

I was thinking we could start a thread a thread of different supplements we have tried for hyperhidrosis. I have spent probably close to 500 dollars in the past 2-3 years trying different supplements for hyperhidrosis and have probably 40 different bottles of supplements.

-I have recently started taking magnesium threonate and notice a definite decrease in anxiety, but I'm not completely sure if its helping the sweating

-I started taking vitamin D. Someone wrote a thread about vit d deficiency and sweating (idk if it was in this forum), I am also vit D deficent. so far I haven't noticed a decrease in sweating, but I haven't been taking it very often

-Chlorophyll (specifically a product called clorophresh) its supposed to work for body odor, but some people wrote on the amazon reviews that it made them less sweaty so I thought I'd give it a try. I've only tried it twice and haven't noticed a huge difference yet, but it is still too early to tell

This post was a good idea! I was just thinking about testing supplements in a systemic manner - taking one, and only one supplement consistently for 1 month to see if any notable difference is discovered, while recording results.

also i take ritalin and although it probably make u sweat even more , it raises my mood and lower my anxiety level so it helps with just " get to pass the day" . also i noticed that for me there is a good combination between ritalin la 40 and robinol. I also am currently receiving "Meyer's Cocktail" once a week.

"Myers' cocktail" is the colloquial name for an intravenous nutrient mixture invented by Baltimore physician John Myers containing magnesium, calcium, various B vitamins and vitamin C that is promoted as an alternative treatment for a broad range of conditions

Does this "Meyer's cocktail" appear to help with hyperhidrosis?
