OK i am 21 years old and when i was 16 the doc told me i have anxiety disorder
so anyway it comes and it goes when it comes i cant go out on sunny days
driving os off limits because i freak out to much and no highways at all so when i am at home i always feel depersonalzation but when i go outside i freak the fu*k out i mean it is so bad that one time at a stop light i got out of the car and ran into a mini mart across the street i just couldnt take it please dont laugh i know its funny its like i feel comfortable in small places. I cannot get a mile from my house without freaking out my heart starts to race my breathing gets harder and i feel like i am going to pass out alough i never have. Also my brother was told that he had agoraphobia a couple of years back but he could go outside he just couldnt go into big buildings??????
