Do you cure your social phobia? Or are you going to do it?
Hi,
Do you? If not, are you going to do it professionally?
I wonder about it. Maybe it'll be helpful and reasonable... :?:
Cheers!

Hi, i succesfully cured my stage fright (speaking in front of class) with medicine called inderal. soon I will be out of school and I will have to join the army, i hope this will help me lose my shyness. There is no possibility to be alone, but i have to talk to people all day long. The only thing that really helps is training.

Yes, I have been working to overcome my shyness/SA for quite a while now actually. Really just by my own techniques of reading a lot of material on the topic and using special techniques and suggestions that I think suit me and will help me. It is definitely hard, but I would say that I have been doing much better.
