Do you ever feel like their isn't enough time in the day

So I've been studying like I should be, going to the gym, hanging with a couple cousins, playing video games (usually at night) If you remember my old thread I said I missed the sign up date for community college this semester I thought I'd let you guys know I have been studying.

But besides studying for school I haven't been studying music theory like I wanted to. I even bought a $150 Midi keyboard two months ago, and it's sitting in the box with dust on top of it. I kinda regret buying it because I already had weight lifting and video games as hobby's. I'm at the gym for atleast two hours everyday. And my sleep schedule is messed up where I don't get up until 10am everyday.

My dad goes to work at 11pm and get home at 9am. Sleeps until 3pm and then gets up and goes back to sleep at 8pm. He's a real hard working dude with not much free time. I guess I better have my fun now because I plan in January to start the college classes and find a job at like a Walmart.

Also I would work weekends but what are the chances do you guys think that I could get Wednesdays off? I'd like to still to be able to go to the worship place at night on Wednesdays. Do you think they would arrange with me to let me come in earlier on those days?

There is a guy called Cal Newport who do a lot of work on time management, you can google his name.

Two hours at the gym everyday? You are a very brave man.

Nah there really isnt enough time in the day. Especially if you have as much going on as you do. And yeah school will eat up a lot of your time, depending on what youre studying and how your professors are. Some like to load you up with homework and projects while other are like "teach yourselves". Maybe losing a little free time next year could be a good thing for you because it'll force you to prioritize whats really important to you. And you'd end up shaving off any extra stuff that you were doing just to stay busy.

Ok I'll look him up.
It's actually 5 days a week and I go with another cousin. I don't talk to anyone else there.

When I was studying at uni, I found there was not enough time in a day, especially when I was trying to meet a deadline for an assignment.

I'm currently in college and I have realized that time seems short when your're busy. I try to split my days by 3. In the mornings up to 1pm, I should've finish a task, and I give myself 30 to 1hr break. From 2pm - 5:30pm, I finish another task and I give myself a break. From 6pm - 9pm, I do my last task. After that, I'm free to do whatever I want or I could do a short 1hr task. That's pretty much how I manage my time. I don't do this all the time, but I try.
