After reading a lot of threads here and seeing that a lot of people stay in thier rooms or houses and only venture out when they really have to, i was wondering wether or not you think you push yourself enough. I know its easier to stay in but how many of you are actually using your SP as an excuse not to do anything at all?...Surely not pushing yourself will lead to deeper depression.
I myself push myself to go out at least 3 times a day, though after having SP for 18 years i suppose its not as bad as it used to be for me but for those who who have not had it long it must be quite hard trying to get up the courage to go out and about.
So, are you one of those people that stay in your room and do not try at all or do you push yourself to do things...even if you fail a few times its still worth trying.
