Do you tell your friends/people you know that you are a member of SPW?
yes/no w/ explanation!
I thought it would be interesting to know if you inform people around you about you needed some help and registered on the site.

I've told my therapist and doctor, and my mom, dad, sister and brother all know.
I don't have any friends.
If I did, I'd imagine telling them wouldn't really be a big deal.

is because then they could tell

No, I'm not a trusting soul. It could be used to hurt me.
My male best friend knows... But, he hates the internet, & also suffers from SA... So, no big deal there.

I mentioned it to my therapist, no one else knows. My parents are the only people I’d tell besides him, it just never came into conversation.
Well, I’d eventually tell my girlfriend too, if I had one.

I've not told anyone and I don't think I ever will. No one even knows I have SA, let alone that I'm a member of an online forum.
