Default Do you think Relaxtion techiques are enough to beat Social Anxiety?
I used to do relaxation techniques to get calmer around people. After a while thhey stopped working..I kinda feel like i got used/immune to to them

I am a big fan of "grounding techniques' I learned about it in group therapy. At first I thought it was silly but it actually helps!

It would depend on the person. Different things work for different people, of course. Maybe you just need to switch things up for a little while?
