Dont you all feel tired at times?

dont you all feel tired to keep having medicine every now and then?
Sometimes when i was going to sleep, i told myself that everything would be alright, telling myself i would be brave and confident and that nothing bad is going to happen. When i wakes up tomorrow, i will be a brand new someone. Someone who is not afraid of public speaking ,someone who will express myself well and talk louder.
But everything will be back at square one the next day.
And this continue and continue..
I feel tired deep inside...
The worries not able to sleep.. having to tell myself that everything is going to be alright everynow and then.

just some mumblings.......
We still have to live on......

I know exactly what ur talking about ..I can relate soo much..

yeap, i get very tired all the time, just having to deal with people and everyday life. it can get very exhausting..

Yep I feel you.I get tired to but what can you do other then march on and deal with it day to day.
