Read my postings below yours and that should help you out.

**** Beware of the user "backfish" because he is only on this forum to sell an overpriced machine costing over $850 which is just mot necessary unless you have money to burn and want a named brand unit ****

I use a pulsed current galvanic stimulator which you can read all about in my posts. The cost is cheaper than a Drionic, yet way more effective.

That being said, I started out using a Drionic and I did have very good results. I was dry with 10-14 days and that was 11 years ago. Then I advanced to a used Fischer MD-1A and currently a pulsed current galvanic device which makes treatment almost painless. Don't let the word "galvanic" confuse you since all ionto devices are galvanic.

The Drionic should work... should. There are many factors that can affect treatment such as water quality, medications you may be taking, even altitude of where you live.
All ionto devices work basically the same meaning they are all direct current devices. One brand is not better than another with the exception of the Drionic which is a very awkward uncomfortable setup. Yet, it should be doing something?

I would need to know your treatment schedule, length of treatment time, hard or soft water. Are you taking any meds such as an SSRI for anxiety? Ionto treatment varies from person to person and some people just take awhile to see results. You should be doing treatment (specifically with the Drionic) for at least 15-20 minutes minimum every day for 14 days straight. Stop for about 5 days, then do the same thing again.

Most important thing to do is read as many back postings as possible. Many people have success with homemade devices or even using a variable current aftermarket laptop power supply and some trays. I even retrofitted my old Drionic to accept trays by just adding some output wires. Of course with the Drionic you want to do the simple battery modification so that you can use standard 9 volt rechargeables instead of buying the stock batteries the company wants to sell you. The Drionic is a weak powered machine, yet can and does work for people.
