Drug Test: INCONCLUSIVE?!!?

Someone probably just dropped the ball in the lab. Like maybe they let the urine/blood or whatever sit out too long before testing it.

The testing site was some lady's house. I heard farm animals and smelled animal poop outside.

Also I drank a lot of water beforehand. Maybe too much??

You got a drug test on a farm??? o_O

I know, right? It was just urine, no blood drawing or anything though. The sign / website said "[Town] Drug and Alcohol Testing." But it was just a lady's house. The place was picked by HireRight, the group doing the background check/ drug screen for the company I'll work for.

Weirdness!

You want to know how I got these scars?
Inconclusive basically means not positive. I'm pretty sure in a court of law you couldn't be done for positive use.

You need to register as positive for you lose your job.

Testing done on a farm?...

There's a number of reasons a drug test might be "inconclusive" - they measure a lot of things besides just if there are drugs in the urine. The temperature has to be right, it has to appear not to be diluted or altered in any way, which is determined through various chemical analysis techniques. It could very well have been someone messing up at the testing facility, like if they didn't take the temperature fast enough or they didn't collect a large enough sample or something. Different labs have different policies, so you would need to ask them for clarification on what specifically made your test inconclusive instead of positive/negative.
