Im sure many people worldwide can relate, i know i can. I just wear loose shirts which don't touch my underarms. I only really get this at school though, but i use to get it all the time. Im not sure how this works for you guys, but i find concentrating on something else i find helps. I now concentrate on my jumpyness(fidgeting) in social situations which i have to say is more pleasant than concentratin on my excessive sweating. Only i would rpefer not concentrate on my fidgeting too.
