Sets 13,12,12 dumbell curls with 23 lbs.

3 mile run, 23:05.

Haven't been on here in a while. I'm slowly doing rehab on my legs because of the injury problems. I'm hoping I can chip away and get myself back into shape. I feel better than i did before.

Goal for St. Patty's (around march 11th?) run: 17:29

I want to try to take 5 seconds off each time, which is gradual, which is good. I will only run every other day unless my flexor muscle heals completely. This will give me plenty of rest and give my body time to recooperate after each run.

Wow thats fast!

Well Im back running again (break for exams and being ill) but Ive been out a couple times since and yd I finally got my 5km down under 30mins hahahahaha yes! So pleased. Time:29min40sec deeeeelighted. I know I would have been faster too but I already had 2 bruised toes but I couldnt stop when I was on track to my under 30min goal. When I glanced down around 3.5km the blood had seeped through several layers and was all over my shoe.niiiice. But 29m40 Ill take that

3 mile run: 22:41

Great job again. I felt lighter and stronger. I'm a skinny guy to begin with, but I'm losing some extra body fat that I don't need so that's fine.

Tomorrow's goal: 22:36

way to go guys,

well i am almost done with week 3 of my diet.
prior to this i did 9 weeks of regular lifting and maintenance calories

i did well with my diet this week and i am seeing some results in the mirror that i am happy about. almost want to take a douchebag photo but i wont so that it will push me to keep making progress. now i will decide if i still want to diet for another week before going back to building muscle.

i have stubborn fat in my mid section that seems to be coming off a bit now. hard work is paying off, and its my birthday so a mini birthday gift to me as a consolation for feeling bad for getting old... Im motivated to work harder.

Ran yesterday.

2.4 miles: 17:41

Too much pain to finish. The pain wasn't from injury, just pushing to that wall pain. The heat is a whole different animal, and that effected me too. On race day on St. Patty's Day, the weather definitely won't be steaming hot, if anything it'll be cold to brisk.

Still, good work. I pushed hard and challenged myself.

Tomorrow's 3 mile goal: 22:36

Ran last night. First night run in a while. Almost got killed by a drunk driver. This guy, assuming it was a guy which it probably was, he slammed into a parked car after flooring his truck. After hitting the car, which the sound scared the crap out of me, the guy proceeded to floor his car at me while my back was to him so I sprinted off the street for cover next to some trees. This dude flies a few feet away from me entirely on the left side of the road in what may have been a possible attempt at either scaring me or even killing me?

Scary experience. Anyway, I did finish the run after stopping a few times and accomplished my goal for the night.

3 mile time: 22:31

Day after tomorrow goal: 22:26

To all you drivers out there don't drive drunk and also share the road for christ's sake. You're going to wind up killing innocent people like me who are just trying to get some jogging in. I shouldn't have to question whether I'm going to die or not just so I can get some exercise. Of course this wouldn't have been an issue if they would learn to build more sidewalks.....

3 mile run yesterday. Time: 21:48

Great improvement again. I'm way ahead of schedule, which means I can relax and not push as hard. No stoppages yesterday.

I'm running in the morning every time I run, to let everyone know. That one night run was very rare.

Tomorrow's goal: 21:43

Also did 23 lb. bicep curls yesterday, 4 sets about 15 per.

Although I've been fatigued and sunburned; I went out for a run yesterday and today- early in the morning... but at a reasonable time, I guess... I managed to wait until about 5am when the sun was coming up.
Did 8k yesterday and about 10k today.

My stomach has been giving me alot of trouble and I don't have any extra energy but I'm going to just keep trying to stay awake during the day and take it from there.
I'll try to keep this habit until September, at least.

3 mile run this morning. Time: 21:01

Nothing to feel bad about. Only 1 second away from 21 minutes.

As one may assume, it is becoming much harder to get better times as now I'm down to the 7 minutes per mile range. Getting to 6 minutes per mile will take some time I would imagine.

Next run goal is to break 21:00, I'll say 20:56.

Tomorrow will hopefully be the break 21 minutes day. Either that or wednesday. It's quite sad that this 5k run has become the only thing that I really have "going on" in my life.

I was thinking about it and part of the reason I even want to stay alive is so I can run in these 5k runs. Running is literally keeping me alive. It's all I really have besides tv and video games. Work sucks, so I wouldn't really call that something that I like.

Sore right achilles. Taking a break until full strength. No crazy stuff like I used to (running through pain and reinjuring stuff).

Besides, I'm very happy with the current time. I'm running sub 7 minute miles which was unexpected.

Hopefully this heals in a reasonable time though. I don't want to lose the wind that I've gained. Runners know what I mean.

Skated for one hour today. It's not much, but I'm so scared of injuries. Just have to start somewhere.

I'll have access to a treadmill tomorrow. I'm pretty excited. :D

Achilles is severely sore. Boo hoo. I may lose the in shapeness that I had. Dag nabbit!

I bought some smaller shoes that I think will help. As of right now, rest is a priority. Ugh.

No skating on Saturdays, but I did get to use the treadmill. Pushed it a bit. Did my ankle exercises as well, and lots of stretching.

I think running up and down the stairs at work should count.

Achilles is a lot better, but it's still a little sore. I don't have work for a few days so rest will be the name of the game. It sucks not being able to run.

Got my new shoes though. The already fit more snug.
