Good for you, Diend! Just keep your eyes focused on the end goal and try to let everything else roll off your shoulders until you reach it. Let no anxiety or desire to indulge avoidance outweigh your desire for your degree. Keep at it!

I don’t think that you should be too concerned with making mistakes, it’s not like you’ll run out of them or anything.

But if you feel anxious, or overwhelmed, you can remind yourself of this one time in 1961; John F Kennedy decided to invade the Bay of Pigs, and failed miserably resulting in the deaths of over 100 men and the loss of $53 million(est.) dollars worth of goods traded to Cuba for American prisoners.

Deind, I’ll bet that even if you tried to ****-up this badly, you couldn’t do it. And JFK was arguably like, one the most successful people of the 20th century. So just remember: everyone messes up.
I wish you the best at school, please don’t have a mental breakdown.

I'm not ready for going back to school. I will be so quiet and I hope that professors won't tell something like:"Tell me something about yourself". I don't have a problem with studying, but I have a huge problem with talking with my classmates (except my best friend, I know her since I was 7)

I'm somewhat excited in going back to school. I know how you felt though. I went 3 semesters in a row. I started out great, but the summer semester killed me. The pressure was real and I stressed myself out a lot. I ended up dropping 2 out of the 3 classes I was taking that semester.

What helped me out a lot was the 1 month break after the summer semester. I took that time to decompress.

hi i hope this semester goes good for you. just know you're not alone. college hasn't been easy for me either, especially with harder classes dealing with all the studying and anxiety making it that much more difficult. try not to overwhelm yourself!

I hope you're all doing great. Last year, my first year in college, was horrible. I was so overwhelmed and had depression. It was hard pulling myself to get through each day but I made it in the end. I hope this year is different but there was no change in my first week.
