Growing Pains

I've been having a lot of growing pains in my body but mostly my legs. The doctor won't prescribe anything only painkillers, because it's only growing pains.

Sometimes my legs (well my whole body) hurts so much that I can't move. Three days ago I tried to change my sheets on my bed. But I pulled something in my calf and I felt it tug.
Some days my bones hurt and it's hard to walk.

Can anyone help me??

Maybe you need some specific vitamins, so try to take a multivitamin like AtTheGates said.
Do you exercise? If you sit around all day it can be bad for your body.
Anyway, I never really had growing pains but then again I'm only 5'5.

Maybe you can try seeing a different doctor that may have a better solution for you. Or see a nutritionist if that is covered by your insurance or you can afford it without insurance.

I agree with what the other posters have said. You really need to try taking a Multivitamin daily.
Usually aches in your legs and body means you are lacking in some vitamins or minerals.
If taking the Multivitamin daily does not stop the aches after 2 weeks, then as IntheLabyrinth said, try seeing a different doctor for a second opinion.:)
