I never tried hypnosis although this is an idea I was in the past. But, anyway, I think this kind of therapy wonīt going work on me. Itīs very difficul for me to relax.

Years ago I had ten sessions of clinical hypnotherapy.
Apart from feeling extremely relaxed as I went home after the second session, it didn't do much for me.

Yes I had a few sessions
It actually did help. I was starting to be in social situations and acting normal and not even having a single bad thought and then i would realize where i was and i would get anxious
But those few minutes where I was myself and normal Ill never forget
This happend a few times like 8 years ago but i remember it vividly
I couldnt afford to keep going though

Yes - it is very effective in the short term.
But unfortunately it doesn't last more than 1-2 weeks.
I imagine it would if you could have it reinforced daily/weekly but how realistic is that?

Whether you think you can or you can't, you're probably right

I've done lots of self-hypnosis, but to have a real hypnotist do it costs a lot more than I'm willing to pay. Plus it doesn't really work that well...They just try to get you really relaxed and then tell you stuff like "you're confident and outgoing" stuff like that...and if you're thinking "no I'm not" when he says the affirmations it doesn't work at all

Re: Has anyone tried hypnosis
Yes, I have tried Hypnosis to come out from the stress and Anxiety through one of the best site ************************************************** ***. It really worked out well. Now I am able to do work with more concentration and with more confidence.
