Head tremors or shaking when anxious

When the temperature is slightly lower than what I would be most comfortable with and I'm in a social situation, I'll shake a lot. My hands might be slightly cold but not enough to justify me shaking as much as I do. Even so, it never bothered me much since I have other symptoms that really bother me and that can become quite painful (I tried that "Let it develop until you realise it doesn't get worse" thing, but it got much worse and I had to stop since I was close to throwing up).

The shaking started becoming a problem when I had some teeth issues and my dentist told me to make sure I don't press them against each other too hard (I have to be careful about this for the rest of my life, it isn't something temporary). A lot of my shaking is in my mouth and it's really bad there, I put my tongue between the teeth to reduce shaking and so the teeth don't press directly against each other, but I still feel there's a lot of strength put into that shaking.

I get this kinda to! My head seems frozen/uncontrollable and my neck/base of skull get tense and it feels like I don't really have control of it in a weird way...basically like im paralyzed by anxiety

I know how you feel. I do not experience the head shakes too often. The only time is when I'm getting a picture taken. No matter what I do, the neck starts twitching and then my head starts shaking like I'm terrified. I wonder if people notice...

It happened to me often when I worked at my first job. When I was on a call in which a customer started yelling at me and I felt pressured, or when there was down time between calls and I was just sitting around while my co-workers were talking to each other, my head would begin to feel like it was going blank for a few seconds, then the room would start to feel hot, and I'd have this shudder that went through me, and my body and hands would start to shake. My heartbeat sped up and there felt like there was a slight dull ache in my head too. I was always self-conscious that people noticed it, but no one ever said anything to me about it if they did.

On a few occasions I have got the shakes, like the screaming voice of anxiety has stopped, and I fear it starting again. It's like I am shell shocked soldier, been on the front line of the illness for too damn long.
