i got chest tightness a bit like asthma for 3 months. the doctor kept calling it chest 'pain', but it was just like pressure. i went through all the tests, quite time consuming and it was inconclusive whether it was a heart blockage however i know now it wasnt, because one time i could pinpoint the exact time my chest got tight, in a moment of stress thru my work. even now i have some chest pain, but i wouldnt go thru all those tests again.
