Hello and Glycopyrrolate results

I just ordered the trial size (I think it was 30 pills) of Avert. I read about the side affects (dry everything). Is it worth it. Also, how awesome is it not to sweat? I've been sweating since at least 6 years old. Needless to say, I've had my share of irritating moments with hyperhidrosis. Really hard to find a chick that likes getting touched by clammy hands among other things is my biggest peeve.

I'm new to the forum btw...

Another thing, I <3 coffee and I smoke. Is there anything specifically I should be worried about with Avert?

Hey, welcome 2 the forum. Avert is amazing, expensive, and inconvenient all rolled up in a small tablet. Once you experiment with the dosages enough you should be bone dry. It really is as good as advertised. Be patient and chew gum and you should be alright.

Hey! I just started taking avert and so far I have been very impressed. It is an amazing feeling to be dry! I have experienced virtually no side effects so far, although I'm only 4 days in. Start at a low dosage and you will hopefully be OK. Im also a huge coffee drinker and avert seems to work just fine anyway.

Good luck with it!

Hey man, welcome to the forums. This place is great for people with HH.

As for me, coffee and HH do not mix well together. Any form of caffine or anything that gets my adenaline coursing makes my hands, feet, and armpits flood. Even on 4mg of robinul (avert in the US) in the mornings, when I drink coffee my hands go back to being sweaty as hell. Thus I make a sacrifice preferring dry hands and feeling tired to being wide awake with dripping hands, then when I go home and I am comfortable with just having a towel around my neck to wipe my hands then I drink 2-3 cups of coffee to push through my homework. Not sure about the smoking part..

First of all, welcome. The "dry everything" may not happen to you, or may sometimes happen. Is it worth it? HELL TO THE YES!

NOT over-sweating IS awesome. When I first went on Avert, a friend who went to exercise class with me said "It's a miracle!". Her words, but it's how I've felt, over the 6-7 years I've been taking it. (Funny, I'm just remembering a jerk on the forum who accused me of shilling for Avert, and hoped my kids would have HH. Boy, those were the days. They made him leave the forum, though, so that was good.) But enough about me--good luck and keep us posted.

Its been 2 hrs now. No, side-effects, no results. All I've ingested is the pill and coffee. Will try 4mg next time.

You need to take 4mg on an empty stomach, meaning not having eaten for
3 hours. Then you need to not eat anything for another 2 hours.
It takes about 3 hours for the pill to start working.

You took too low of a dose, ate too close to it, and did not wait long enough
for it to start working. If you take the pill at 1 PM it will start working around
4 PM

Ah okie dokes, ty. (does coffee count as eating?)
I took 4mg about an hour and a half ago. If this works, I will be a happy camper.

this is quite an odd feeling lol. I forgot i took the pills and I started munching on some cookies. so far no side effects. I get the feeling like i'm about to start sweating, and I kinda am sweating, but NOWHERE NEAR how much I would usually sweat. 14 years at least, and I've never felt anything like this. Really weird, but much appreciated. The more I think about it the more nervous I get and the more I sweat. BUT the sweat has seriously slowed down to a crawl. Cool beans guys cool beans. Thank you all =]

My goodness... is this what normal people's hands feel like?

I've just tried my manual process for starting up my sweaty hands (rubbing them together for an extended amount of time). And they just won't sweat... Thank you again so much. If I never found this forum, I don't think I would've ever found and tried these pills. Thank you so much.
