hi! i'm manuel i'm nineteen and i came from Italy. I wrote for a while on fobiasociale.com (the italian forum of the same webmaster of socialphobia) and a day i thought that i could share my problems and the fact of my life and improve my english at the same time! So i decided to subscribe at this forum to meet some people and for talk about my anxiety. In fact, about 1 year ago i started have panic attacks and psychosomatic problem. My hair doesn't show me as teenager, but more as a work man :thumbup:

i hope we can share our story in freedom and in peace.
