have you tried glycopyrrolate? If that didn't work, then I doubt herbal treatments will work. Herbs that work (to a very small extent) are sage that reduces the amount of perspiration by up to 50% (though I doubt it's anywhere near that number for us hh sufferers) and herbs like kava kava and st. john's wort by decreasing anxiety and bettering your mood. but seriously, I probably tried every herb out there that had a relation to sweating, and got absolutely little results. Just get glyco and counter its bad effects by using some herbal digestion formulas and antioxidants and maybe kava and wort.
