Was really shy growing up, very sensitive. Thought something was wrong with me for being shy and not knowing what to say in social situations. Tried to be super extroverted in college and then reality hit me and I was like "o yeah that's not me, I don't like to party all the time and I don't like to "shoot the shit" just for kicks usually." I really hated myself deep down and that's why I was trying to be like the super extrovert top-dog guy at parties, haha.
I found some really nice friends and groups through Buddhism and energy healing and spiritual groups and people who like the outdoors.
I'm a total introvert but I can be extroverted too, discovering how to authentically be extroverted when I want to and express myself and be me.
training as a healer, have fallen in love with energy healing and how amazing it can be to heal the pain I've experienced feeling different and shy. I really want to help other people who are shy and introverted and sensitive and struggle like me at times to make genuine friendships and get by in a society that sometimes I feel like is very anti-quiet.
