HH treatment and running

Are there any HH meds (topical or oral) that are ok for endurance exercise/running? Heavy scalp sweater here. It literally dehydrates me and will soak my shoes if I don't wear a headband. Help.

Lot's of potential stuff Eric, read some of the back posts and even recent posts. Not much you can do for your scalp, yet there are things you can try. There are several meds, Ionto for your feet along with dehydral or antihyrdral.

Confused on how your head soaks your feet?

Sweat drips all the way from my scalp down to my legs onto my shoes.

Oral meds are not in your best interest for endurance exercise and running. Like I mentioned, you can try Dehydral or the stronger version Antihydral on your scalp short term. Otherwise, there is no solution.
