I dont want to settle back... gotta refocus. Dont slip into this comfort, Lunarla, and tele and Beatty and anyone do some jumping jacks with me! Seriously. Jump 10 times with a smile. If you feel silly, that's a good sign. I dont want to get into this mood nor do I want anyone else.

I feel about 24% better! It's a start. It's just ridiculously difficult sometimes to get traction and keep it. It's a sisyphean task if I ever knew one. I hope you all find things in your day that make it even just a little easier.
