How are you feeling?

Hie yer hence from me heath!
Don't know whether tae laugh  or effin' greet :crying: in aw honesty...

D'y'know how sad it is huvin been raised by a wummin who's actually dumber than me? As well as being related to a family who speak highly of ye, but treat ye like shite when you dinnae acquiesce to whit they want ye to do...
Buckin' typical. :kickingmyself:

Been in bed for two days, high temperature, bunged up chest, not got any energy. Least for this I can take medicines to help get better but once illness fades away, the mental battle is on-going and the anxieties return.

Yep, been there, done that, and survived. I guess i'm proof that one can endure being in the absolute pit of misery, hopelessness and despair, and get thru it to the end of the pitch black tunnel.
I can't say exactly in a sentence, or in any amount of words, what can get you out of it, but i can say that beliefs are real, very real, and i'm tempted to say they are actually more real to us than even reality. Perhaps its because they create our reality? So i would say that our beliefs are of the utmost importance.

Well put. Perception does define our reality. But unfortunately sometimes our perception of what reality has to offer is limited by our problems. That doesn't mean the other options aren't there of course. But when your path is clouded by the kind of problems that we face...well the other roads become dark and foggy and all you are left with are the paths that don't take you down any good road. I hope one day the darkness fades and the fog disappears as well, but time will tell. Oh and also glad to hear that you made it through those difficult times:thumbup:

Calm now but a bag of nerves earlier, had to walk to the shops, felt tense and on edge outside, this is how it always is whenever i go out. Even though i know, realistically that nothing terrible will happen when i'm outside, i still get hit by this terrible anxiety, timidity and fear of people.

Better today. Took yesterday evening and most of the workday off today. Got some perspective through glorious hrs of doing nothing but watching movies, sleeping and dreaming.
Mental exhaustion of stress is not something I can handle well. I am ok with that because it just means I need to look at my situation again and do things differently. I just wish it didn't take close to a breakdown to get here.
Keep it simple stupid.

My esophagus feels like the cellar door from Evil Dead.

Ouch. I know the feeling.

Trying to decide whether or not it's worth the effort to head out to the recycling center tonight. Got eight buckets and four bags in the car and still a few more to go, plus the trash. It's not going to take itself, I dare say, no matter how I wish it would. The spirit is willing, but the flesh wants to stay home.

You can do it! (Said like in that movie that I can't remember now. Happy Gilmore?)

More exhaustion. I don't know why, but it feels like I have a bit of stomach nausea. Seems like I feel sickly at the end of the day lately. Maybe it's the change in weather or maybe my body has gotten too used to a sporadic schedule and needs to get used to waking up early and being up all day.
