How are you feeling?

That's called feeling hopeful. Believing there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Knowing that all things pass.
When i'm down in the dumps, i often have moments where i feel hopeful i can escape the misery (even if it's not likely).

Sounds about right. I will hope that this feeling is attached to something real as opposed to something that is just wishful thinking. However, as with anything only time will tell.

Och, y'know... Just slowly coming to terms with the fact that ma life's going to shit. And ma family huv held me back from truly happy.
Aye, ah know, you'd think efter the year ah've hud thus far, things would be movin' forward for the better. But, nah, it's not...
If anything, things huv stayed the same and gotten worse for me. :kickingmyself:

I've had the same dilemma concerning certain people in my life. Kick off now to end the pain (and give them the satisfaction), or stick around long enough to piss on their graves? It's a tough one.

Kinda wishing I'd done more with ma life, ah know that sounds a bit weird for someone in their late 20s to say. But ah really do...

Don't worry, I do this as well. Both in terms of not thinking straight, and the whole grammar issue. Half the time, I'll spend ages making sure I phrased something right. Then ah wonder how everyone'll react. Is ma point? How am I coming across? ...And so on.

But you can do that, the United Kingdom was speaking English before it was mainstream, the language is yours. :p

However, I feel like it's somewhat disrespectful to be constantly in an English speaking environment if you are a foreigner without a proper grasp of the language, because it seems like you couldn't bother to learn it but the people you are talking to have to make an effort to understand you. It's selfish.

The loneliness is real. The depression is real. The fear is real. The pain is real.

I want it all to stop, but all I can do is scream inside my head and hope somebody hears.

They never do.

Fair point... But just because it comes easy tae me still doesnae mean ah huv any say in how ma words are interrupted by other people. And them taking issue with what ah said or meant.

Though, tae be fair, being a Scot, ah wouldnae git understood in the south o' England ah started speaking tae a buddy fae London in ma native dialect. So ah cun kinda empathise with ye somewhat.

Also, on yer last point about being a foreigner in an English speaking environment. Y'know that only racists tend to have that mentality about foreign folk not bothering to learn the language, right? Just saying, like.

As for people having to make an effort to understand what yer sayin'. I'm pretty sure I'd be the same situation if ah went to Brazil, China or somewhere where the native language there wasn't my first language. Is that selfish?

By the way, ah didnae write this response to start an argument with you. So before ya reply tae me, just keep that in mind, okay?

What do you mean? What I said is not racist in any possible way. I'm not even talking about it happening somewhere, seriously what are you talking about?

The idea that you don't need to learn how to speak properly with a group, when you are the one who wants to communicate with them, or be part of them, is a selfish idea. If it's about going to other countries, you don't need to know other languages as a tourist, but if you are moving, it would be very rude to refuse learning the language and culture of the people who are kindly accepting you among them.

I would call this common sense, but if you think it sounds like racist mentality as well, I'm afraid there are only 2 possible scenarios:

a) You are under the effect of the heavy and continued propaganda bombardment promoted by the European media and politicians to label as racist any idea or individual not praying to the ideology of the ruling elites, who are destroying Europe for their own benefit.

b) I'm a third world slum dweller latino neonazi. i Arriba Hitler !

Like a f**kin' idiot, as per usual... But that's just me through n' through.

Just wishing things had turned out differently for me, y'know. Wondering why I continue to feel obligated to be around a family that makes me feel inferior for not being like them? ::(:

I think I'm starting to get there with the drinking. Because it is truly the only time, assuming I have had enough to drink, where I don't feel like.....well...me.

I have been daydreaming of hanging myself with a belt for a few days now. The joy it brought just thinking that if I were to do it and if it succeeded, I would cease to be. The joy I felt just thinking of these things would probably be the equivalent joy of a child in a candy store. How F****d up is that.:kickingmyself:

The trouble is, life being the bitch that it is, doesn't allow us to truly know what happens upon death. There too many questions & uncertainty. What if we still exist after death? And in what form? Do we still suffer?? (etc etc)
