Staring at a computer for over 8 hours a day wouldn't do your neck or eyes any favours. Maybe go for a walk or something, just to get your muscles moving.
I understand the cycle but luckily for me my job involves walking around and no computers so when I'm not here I get to put my body in motion...even if it protests sometimes.

Difficult to really. When at work all I have to do is program things. I could wander around the office, but it's only about 20 foot or so wide, would look a little strange. >.>

I more so meant going for a walk after or before work.

We live in the middle of nowhere, there isn't really anywhere to go. Even the dog only really gets walked up and down the road repeatedly because it's a dead end and then straight onto a dual carriageway. :/

Re: How are you feeling?
I'm not sure. I woke up this morning feeling a bit anxious because I woke up to a light bloody nose. It's happened a few times recently upon waking, I'm pretty sure it's the dry air and the fact that I'm sleeping just underneath one of the heating vents. I ended up feeling a bit better later on, which was good. I was glad I got through the anxiety on my own for a change. I was feeling in a semi-good mood earlier today, then realized I have nothing to be happy about or look forward to, and those positive feelings quickly vanished. I'm now feeling blue. Fantastic.

Almost called it today.
Turned to face the void.
Numb with the suffering and the question,
"Why am I...?"
So many times I've tried and failed to gather my courage,
reach again for that nail.
Life's been like dragging feet through sand,
and never finding my promised land.
God the Holy Ghost is calling out to embrace you. I want you to reach deep into your hearts and your pocketbooks and take his hand.

Even that is okay. As long as you're out and moving for a short time it's getting your muscles moving and active, which is only a good thing for you.
Of course I understand how difficult it can be to make any of this happen but yeah, it's good.

At the moment, great. About 15 mins. ago I was really angry and annoyed and grumpy, but now you wouldn't have even guessed. Mood swings are fun. *not really*

I feel pretty empty and depleted of motivation.
