My boyfriend and I were introduced by mutual friends. I knew we were being set up, but apparently he didn't. He asked me to start spending time together anyway. Four years later, we are still together.:)

I went to a fantasy festival in Holland and there I met this wonderful girl named Santana. We talked, and we seemed to have a lot in common and the spark was there inmeditiately since we're both very attracted by eachother's appearance and personality. soyeah its funny, i'm never that social and finally i be social, i meet the love of my life...

I'm happy with how life can go sometimes..:)

I did that once, but I was told to leave K-Mart.
^ Ha! Got a story to tell? ;)

Mine kinda just happened. I was coming back home late one evening from an appointment. I had to stop at Walmart to grab a couple things and a former guy friend/crush from high school saw me. He came over and said hi, we chatted for a little while, then he asked for my number. I was petrified, but gave it to him anyway. We went out a few times to catch up with one another and everything just kind of fell into place and happened. He obviously had feelings for me and I still did, even though I thought I got over everything once I graduated. A lot changed between us in the few years we hadn't seen each other or talked, yet it also didn't. We're still kind of the same people we were, yet we're not. Better versions of ourselves, I'd say. We've been dating almost a year now and we're still really happy. :blushing:

That's so romantic! I'm glad you met someone you can connect with! You are so lucky. Unfortunately for me, I haven't met such a person yet. I'm still recovering emotionally from a crush I had on a guy a couple of months ago that didn't end so well.

I met my now husband over the internet, which I feel is either looked down upon or cliche these days. But anyway, with my SA I definitely never met up with single guys out in "the real world," and always ended up drinking by myself at bars (no one has ever bought me a drink, or spoke a word to me at a bar). I did better on the internet. Had several relationships until I finally found my hubby. I guess what worked is putting out there exactly what I was looking for, and he was out there. You just have to know how to weed out the weirdos and know how to meet safely in public. I never responded to dumb response emails like "sup, how's it going" or if they could barely keep the conversation going. Anywho. That's how I finely found my dude. :)

You want to know how I got these scars?

It's only looked down upon by people who don't matter :)
I'm happy for you and your hubby, it's good to hear a success story.
Good advice too!

It was pretty easy, all I really had to do was obtain the amulet of mara and get her a mammoth tu...oh you mean "real" relationships, don't you? In that case, I've never been in one and probably never will.

Hey, I think we married the same chick.

Thats a tough period to go through. But this will pass, you will definitely be happy again. :)
