How does your family treat you?

In the early years of my anxiety issues, because we weren't quite sure what it was apart from the school thinking I was acting up, my parents found it very frustrating and were really angry with me at times. Certainly had our fair share of rows over it.

In more recent years they have been very supportive. There have only been a few instances here and there, where me not working or being able to live a 'normal' life has caused them to verbally lash out. In those instances it is usually my mum because for the past 12 years I have basically been with her 24 hours a day.

They have always been loving though. I have never had a reason to doubt that. :)

Mine are kinda clueless. My sister keeps inviting me out to eat and drink, and I keep telling her I'm agoraphobic. I don't think she understands what that means, but that's not really a good excuse. She could do some research, or even ask me.
My mum reminds me of stuff I'm supposed to do, and then asks tentatively "can you handle that?" and I'm thinking, yes mum, it has nothing to do with SA so of course I can.
