I suffered from Agoraphobia for 11 years, it's the usual story, no support, extreme isolation and a near constant battle between depression and massive anxiety. In Feb this year, I managed to beat the damn thing at last, I made a couple of videos the first two are just after the event the very next day I managed to beat it. The third discusses my 8 months successfully going outside. It's still not easy, my maximum range is about 3 miles by foot right now, and while I have spent about 7 hours outside, when it comes to being in social places such as the local library I find more than 3 hours very stressful. But this is a vast improvement given that on day 1 a 5 minute trip into the local shop was enough to bring on those Agoraphobic feelings. I've also started volunteer work teaching others without computer skills how to, well use computers!
