Default I can't stop

:x I just need to get this off my chest, I developed OCD or really started taking notice that there was some thing wrong with me during my mid freshman year of high school. Now that I am a junior in high school I've tried really hard trying to beat this disorder but no matter what I just can't seem to beat it and it ruins my days and usually takes up time. I have many different kinds of OCD like its not just one type of thing its many types of things I do that I know myself when I do it are very ridculous. I tell myself quit doing this I don't need to do this but somehow my mind and body tells me to do it or I get this feeling of discomfort that will be on my mind the rest of the day unless I do these things. I'll list some of the things my OCD makes me do
-I can't stop counting to 10 every time I get that feeling of discomfort I have the need to count to 10
-I always have the need to repeat things or check them like when I leave the house, when I lock the door I start turning the door knob like crazy to make sure its lock and sometimes when I do leave it sometimes I'll walk back to do it again even though I know its locked.
-I can't read right anymore. Whenever I read my text books when I read a sentence or a paragraph even though I understood it I have to reread it again and its so frustrating I wastes so much time.
-I use to wash my hands alot but now I just wash my hands when I touch other people's stuff
-I can't bring stuff from the outside like I'm afraid to touch my school stuff and stuff in my room like use my computer while I use my school books because Im afraid my computer will get dirty.
-I also repeat many things within my electronics like whenever I attach my harddrive to my xbox 360 or hook up cables to my 360 I end up plugging and unplugging until it feels connected.
Gosh I hate OCD most of the things I do are so ridiculous but I end up doing them.

I definitely hear you on the part about the school books and the computer. That's part of the reason my marks really started to plummet back in high school; I refused to touch my books once I was inside. And now that I'm in college, I glove up heavily on one hand that I touch the book with (usually about 3 latex gloves on one hand to ensure protection), and the other hand bare so I can type one-handed whatever I need to. And the book is on a TV tray so that it doesn't touch my desk. The handwashing thing as well; I don't trust anything that isn't exclusively handled by me. So I really see where you're coming from.

OMG I use a TV tray too to put my books on so I can do my homework, I never put it on my desk which has my XBOX 360, computer, monitor and Im afraid I might get dirt and dust and other stuff on my desk which might get my things dirty. I am not afraid to touch anything or afraid to get dirty, its just when I get home Im only afraid to get dirty because I might get my things dirty.
