So in my class I used to have a seat in the back of class. I was comfortable there because there was guys I knew and if needed could ask something about the assignment we were doing.

Now my teacher has gave us assigned seats and he put me in the third row around all these people idk. There are like 6 rows. But there are 2 sides of the class and they sit in front of each other. Im thankful I wasnt put in the first row.

It was yesterday and the teacher put a video on. I had a hard time turning to the right and looking at the screen when all these people are beside me. So I would cross my arms and try to keep cool but I would twitch. I would try my best to play it off.

Idk where I got the twitch from but it even happens when im not in class. I could lay down in bed and it will happen. Its wierd because I dont it start happening until last year and I thought that was my best school year.

Ever hear something called nervous twitch? Could be something like that. All your nervous energy coming out in a form of twitching.

Yes. I know exactly what you're talking about. It's a nervous twitch like mentioned up above. I get those every once in a while whenever I'm in room full of people. It's mostly due to the fact that you're nervous or feel uncomfortable in the situation your at. You don't want to turn around because you're afraid you might make eye contact with someone and it might make you feel awkward.

Yeah i have a nervous twitch in one of my eyes. The muscle underneath my eye will twitch, but i don't think it is noticeable. I honestly think it has more to do with stress for me though. I just happen to be extremely stressed when i'm anxious.

Omg that happens to me ALL the time. The twitch is the worst I can't stand it. What kind is yours exactly? Is it the jolting of the head because that's my main one, though I get all kinds. I get eye twitches, and all over my leg twitches. Sometimes the body part moves significantly, sometimes its like this throbbing sensation. I used to get it in my neck where it felt like i swallowed my heart.

Twitching is simply a side effect of anxiety. There's no twitching once you beat the fear response, as involuntary movement is the amygdala trying to urge your body into action. Even though we know this is irrational fear, the fear is still there. Until you lessen the fear the twitch shall remain, as it does for me ;(
