Sometimes, I should ignore my SA feelings and try anyways.
Recently, in situations where negative reactions from others were not clear, I went ahead and tried anyways. The results were better than I expected.
Though it has caused some stress related physical symptoms. (stiff neck, headache)
I have learned that going out anyways can be it's own reward... In that I have enough food and supplies. That I feel a sense of accomplishment. I don't get as depressed.
