Hi guys,
let me just start by telling you how severe my hyperhidrosis is. Basically, I mostly sweat from my palms and my feet and they sweat non stop, well, It does stop sometimes but I can't even really recall when that is because when that happens, it will only be like for an hour or when I'm sleeping. My feet are drier than my hands but it's still sweaty.
My hands are always clammy/sweaty and when other factors such as heat, exercise, driving, playing video games or some kind of emotion that makes my heart beat faster (nervous, anxious, frustrated, etc..) my hands become a faucet. My hands literally drip sweat. My hands look like as if I just washed them and I have yet to dry them.
I remember in high school and college, when I'm writing an exam, my papers would get so soggy that my pen won't write on the paper anymore or my paper would start to disintegrate. My PS3 controller would get so wet, it would stop working but thankfully, it would start working again after about a day of non use -- I guess when the electronics in it dries up.
Anyways, I'm sure a lot of you can relate and I'm sure you all have similar stories so I'll just tell you now what I did that has made my hands and feet not sweat at all for the past two weeks!!! no sweat!! not even when I'm driving or nervous, frustrated or whatever for the past two weeks!! my hands and feet are completely dry.
I started taking a supplement called Green Vibrance by Vibrant Health and this has so far stopped my hyperhidrosis. I didn't take this supplement to cure my hyperhidrosis, I was just taking it for over all health, mainly for energy. After drinking this supplement daily for about a month, I realized that my hands and feet are dry. It's been two weeks now since I can remember my hands and feet sweating and I've done numeral personal test to make my hands sweat and they're still not sweating.
I drank a venti americano and usually, when I drink coffee, that's a sure fire thing that I'll be sweating within an hour and still nothing. I had a very frustrating day at work, where things were going wrong, I had clients that were very demanding, products are missing, packages are damage, my heart is racing but my hand and feet, they are dry!!! DRY!!! lol.
The last test I did was rub hand lotion on my hands because that's another recipe for faucet inducing sweat. When I put hand lotion on, it doesn't dry on my hands and causes me to sweat more but alas, the lotion dried, my hands are dry and soft and smooth from the lotion.
The moment I realized that Green Vibrance cured my hyperhidrosis, I had to look for this forum because I know how detrimental hyperhidrosis can be. I just wanted to share my story so hopefully I can help someone.
I'm not saying that Green Vibrance is the cure but it definitely cured my sweaty hands and I hope that if you do try it that it cures yours.
There are other green supplements out there but on my research, I found Green Vibrance to be superior. You can read the reviews on amazon.
On a last note, let me just tell you that Green Vibrance is disgusting, lol. Basically it taste like grass and it smells like hamster food. I literally have to hold my nose to chug it. Some people mix it with juice or a smoothie but I just drink it with a bit of water and chug it just to get it done and over with, plus, I love juice and fruit smoothies and I just can't enjoy them when there's green vibrance mixed in because it just smells so much like hamster food and it taste so gross but for all the benefit that it has given me; clearer skin, more energy and DRY HANDS!!!, lol, I will gladly drink the nasty green drink.
