Anxiety around women is normal for everyone, it just shows in different people in different ways.

Just keep confidence in yourself and know that you will eventually overcome your shyness, and even if you are a little shy, when women are ready to settle down, there are many who are perfectly happy to have a shy man in their life.

While it may be hard now, things can and will get better. All you can do is be patient and keep working on your anxiety!

I do get anxious around men too but it's only because women exist, that they will judge me the same as women do.

So, what makes you so anxious exactly..just the ones you are attracted to>>> And what are your symptoms??? Does it keep you from having intimate relationships with them?

Youre most likely anxious as a result of minimal experience with women and assuming they will judge you harshly...You need more experience and to realize that all women do not necessarily like the gregarious/out-going types,some women actually like a quiet/reserved man who will open up a bit once some time has passed and the both people have become comfortable around one another and still accept each other..Thats the best feeling to be so comfortable around someone you can act like a complete dork and they will just laugh at you and still love/accept you...

someone just woke me up to another idea. Perhaps it is not that I'm just anxious around women. Perhaps I am also anxious around men because they can manipulate a woman's ideas about me, thus making me feel inferior.
